October Committee Meeting

With just one week left until the official launch of the Massey Challenge, the committee gathered on Thursday with some great status reports and celebrated how far we've come in the months we have been working together. 

Its a bit surreal to think that the Challenge will be in full swing in just a few days.  Where has the time gone??

A part of what makes the Massey Challenge such an incredible opportunity isn't just that we get the chance to motivate Richmond to provide support to such an amazing resource in our community - its also that we get the change to educate Richmond about Massey as well.  We are given 6 months of opportunities to ensure that the City knows just what is going on down there.

To make that happen, each committee member takes on the role of ambassador for Massey.  Julie helped prepare us to go out into the community with all kinds of facts and information.

I think we all left the meeting even more excited to see where the next six months will take us.  And about the opportunity we are being given to help Massey on its journey to become:
